The school operates multiple campuses in São Paulo. Unidade Perdizes opened in 2020 and offers a built-up area of more than 10,000 square meters with a design emphasizing versatile, integrated spaces. Perdizes II was inaugurated in 2023 to serve students from Year 6 to Year 12, highlighting ongoing expansion. Unidade Aclimação opened in 2015 next to Parque da Aclimação, and the Itaim campus is located on Rua Itacema. The Itaim and Perdizes campuses form a network that maintains the same quality and guiding principles across locations.
Hands-on learning is a core principle, and the school provides Pueri Maker, an environment with workbenches, tools and a 3D printer to design projects. Digital literacy is fostered through technology, with iPads for younger students, an Apple Distinguished School designation, and a coding program that starts in Year 2 and continues through Year 9. The school offers a Bilingual curriculum and integrates platforms such as EducaCross for mathematics, Mistery Science for science, and Journeys for language arts. The CORE Program supports socio-emotional development with mentoring and counseling, and coaching and life-planning projects for High School. The High School offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program.
After School Pueri Domus offers activities chosen by families. Experiences are divided into learning trails that function as pathways guiding students in their development. The programs are designed to extend learning beyond the classroom and support ongoing personal and academic growth. The structure provides flexible after-school experiences tailored to each family's needs.
Pueri Domus Bilingual School in São Paulo offers a single bilingual education for ages 2–18 that blends the Brazilian BNCC with the US CCSS and culminates in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in High School.
