Valley International School pioneers international education in Itajaí, Santa Catarina. It is the 15th IB PYP-certified school in Brazil, aligning with the Brazilian national curriculum while delivering the international program in English. The school uses Portuguese and English as languages of instruction and offers Cambridge English Preparation Centre to support Cambridge exam preparation. The campus spans 18,000 square meters and hosts 51 faculty members, with classrooms, a library, laboratories, a canteen, and a playground. After eight years of operation in the Valley do Itajaí region, the school follows a transdisciplinary approach that integrates the Brazilian curriculum with the PYP framework.
