School day structure

Morning, Evening, or Full-Time options.

Fees
Application / registration fees
- The school requires payment of a pre-registration invoice during the admissions process and a formal enrollment (matrícula) payment on acceptance. Evidence of a pre-registration invoice being issued and paid is part of the admissions steps.

Tuition fees by year group (structure only — numeric rates not publicly posted)
- Grade groupings used by the school:
- Early Years / Child Education: Group 1 (PK1) to Group 5 (K5).
- Elementary / Primary & Middle School: Year 1 (Year 1) to Year 9 (Year 9).
- High School: 1st grade (Year 10) to 3rd grade (Year 12).
- The site publishes a pricing section labeled "Pricing 2025," and tuition is published per unit (Unidade Litoral Norte, Paralela, Praia do Forte) through the school's admissions/pricing portal. Specific per-term or per-grade numeric tuition rates for the 2026/27 academic year (or 2025/26 if 2026/27 is not available) are not posted as open numeric tables on the public pages; they are provided via the school's pricing/registration process.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- A pre-registration invoice is issued as part of the admissions workflow; formal enrollment triggers the matrícula step. Further invoicing (tuition installments, annual or term billing) is managed through the school's billing process and the admissions/registration system. Exact billing cycles (monthly, termly or annual installment options), due dates, discounts for early payment, and late‑payment penalties are specified on the invoices and in the enrolment agreement provided by the Admissions Office.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered or listed among the school's services; the school operates as day units (Unidade Litoral Norte, Paralela and Praia do Forte). No boarding or residential tuition line items are published on the public unit pages.

Other costs or fees
- Ancillary services and costs that may be charged in addition to tuition include fees for optional or mandatory school services and items such as:
- Food / cafeteria / meal plans.
- Extra-curricular programs and clubs (e.g., Villa Club, LABs).
- Campus Store purchases (supplies, optional materials).
- Special program fees or event fees (trips, theatre, black box, city theatre events).
- Uniforms and kit costs, school materials and consumables.
These categories are listed as extra services on the school pages; precise amounts and which items are mandatory versus optional are detailed on invoices and in the admissions/billing documents.

Refund information
- Refund and cancellation rules (for pre-registration, matrícula and tuition already paid) are set out in the school's enrolment/contract terms and on the invoices generated by Admissions. Public pages describe the admissions steps and issuance of invoices but do not publish a full public refund policy text for fees; refund specifics are provided in the enrolment documentation and the admissions contract.

Fee payment options
- The school issues payment invoices through its registration/admissions system; accepted payment methods and instructions are provided on those invoices and within the registration portal or in communications from the Admissions Office. For direct enquiries the school provides an admissions email and phone contact.

Practical notes about accessing exact numeric rates
- The school's publicly visible pages show a Pricing section (labelled "Pricing 2025") and direct prospective families to select a unit and complete the admissions/registration steps to receive the applicable fee schedule and invoices; numeric per-year/per-term tuition rates are distributed via that registration/pricing system rather than as an open public table. The Admissions Office issues the pre-registration invoice and the enrolment documentation that contain the exact figures, billing schedules and permitted payment methods.

Contacts used by the Admissions Office for fee and billing matters
- Admissions email: matricula@villaglobaleducation.com. Admissions phone / WhatsApp contacts are published for each unit and used to provide invoices, payment details and enrolment documentation.

Summary of public information gaps
- Public pages identify the admissions steps, the presence of a Pricing area and the units, and list categories of extra services that carry fees, but they do not publish an open numeric fee table by grade and by term on the public site pages accessible without starting the admissions/registration process. The school delivers the full numeric fee schedule, billing options and payment instructions through the admissions/registration system and the invoices issued to applicants.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Institutional Presentation. During the Pedagogical Meeting, an institutional presentation is given about Villa. You will learn about the proposal, the services, the Villa Way of Being, and you may ask questions. This step provides a foundation for understanding Villa's educational approach. 2. Pedagogical Approach (Students). From Group 4 onward, the student must develop a pedagogical activity and have the opportunity to experience Villa. To complete the Pedagogical Approach, present the latest School Transcript, Report, or Portfolio of Activities. This process helps assess the student's readiness and fit with Villa's teaching approach. 3. Return on the Pedagogical Approach. The admissions team discusses what was learned about the student and outlines personalized approaches to welcoming, developing potential, and integrating with classmates. Guardians are invited to participate in planning, and a tailored onboarding plan may be developed. The outcome informs subsequent steps in enrollment. 4. Pre-registration Reservation. After completing the previous steps and confirming seat availability, the Admissions Center contacts the family to guide pre-registration. The family must fill out the Registration Form, which is sent to the registered email address. The family must issue and pay the pre-registration invoice. Once submitted and payment is received, the admissions team confirms the pre-registration. Enrollment open for an International Curriculum for Early Childhood to Secondary Education with Prep For Entrance Exam, Morning, Afternoon, or Full-Time options.
