Cosmos International School uses the Cambridge International curriculum to prepare children for the future. The Cambridge curriculum provides a global standard, with programs that stretch, challenge and inspire learners, and qualifications valued by universities and employers worldwide. The school offers Cambridge Primary for early years and lower grades, Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and options for A-levels and the IB program in upper secondary.
Art & Design and Music are part of the Cambridge Primary curriculum, and Theater is offered as a core subject. The arts are integrated into the primary program, supporting visual and performing arts alongside design and music. In lower secondary, Theater, cinema and digital art are part of the curriculum, with continued emphasis on Art and Design in upper levels.
Bulgarian language and literacy are taught, and the school offers additional foreign languages including German, Spanish, Russian and Italian. The IB program includes Group II languages such as English, German and Spanish, and Bulgarian language and literature remain a curricular focus. The lower secondary program also lists additional foreign languages including German, Spanish, Russian and Italian.
Sports are included in the curriculum across primary and lower secondary. The curriculum also includes Oracy and Global Perspectives in lower secondary, and Theater, cinema and digital art as part of the arts and humanities offerings.
Wellbeing is a dedicated part of the upper secondary program. Yoga is included in the primary curriculum, and sports, physical education, gardening, herbalism and cooking form part of the holistic daily learning experiences. The curriculum also includes hiking, first aid and camps as outdoor activities.
Cosmos International School offers a Cambridge curriculum from preschool to upper secondary, including Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE and options for A‑Levels or IB Diploma. The school serves ages 3 to 18 and uses English‑medium instruction alongside Bulgarian language studies. In Primary, students study Cambridge Primary English, Cambridge Primary Mathematics, Cambridge Primary Science and Art & Design, with Bulgarian language and literacy; additional languages include German, Spanish, Russian and Italian. Lower Secondary (grades 5–7) covers Cambridge English, Mathematics, Science, Art & Design, Digital Literacy and ICT, plus Bulgarian language, History and Civilization, Geography, Chemistry, Physics and Biology, with sports, theatre, yoga, gardening and camps; German, Spanish, Russian and Italian remain available. Upper Secondary (grades 8–12) centers on IGCSE, with pathways to IB or A‑Levels; core subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography and ICT, with Wellbeing and options like Economics, Travel and Tourism and Foreign Languages.
