HOPE follows an international core curriculum delivered in English. In Grades 9–10, students study the IGCSE, and in Grades 11–12 they may pursue the IB Diploma or the HOPE Diploma. External IGCSE and IB assessments validate learning and are transferable to universities worldwide. English is the language of instruction with English language support through ELL, and additional language options include French, Khmer, and Korean.
HOPE has dedicated visual art studios and assembly/performance spaces on campus, supporting arts instruction and student creative expression. These facilities enable participation in art-related projects and on-campus performances.

IB Diploma includes Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS), and Extended Essay (EE). The school emphasizes leadership development and service through VIA and mission-focused programs.
The curriculum includes P.E. and Health and Wellbeing as part of high school offerings. The campus includes two full-sized basketball courts and a soccer field, along with a library and other spaces that support physical activity and well-being.
HOPE International School was established in 2002 and follows an English-medium international curriculum from preschool through Grade 12. The campus is located to the north‑west of Phnom Penh, close to the international airport and described on the school website as a purpose-built campus on the edge of the city overlooking rice fields and open spaces. HOPE offers early years provision reporting against the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), a primary programme based on the UK national curriculum, IGCSE in Grades 9–10 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grades 11–12. The school notes a student body of about 270 and runs service-learning (Vision in Action / VIA) and IB CAS requirements in its upper years.
