The school follows the British National Curriculum, adapted to a multinational school community. The Early Years follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for children from birth to 6 years old. Primary education uses the Key Stage framework for Years 1 to 6 (ages 5 to 11). The High School opened in August 2023 and provides Cambridge IGCSE qualifications at the end of Year 11 (Grade 10).
The curriculum includes Art, Music and Choir as foundation subjects. A dedicated Music & Choir program is taught by specialists, including Ms Emma from Australia. The Early Years facilities include a music and dance studio, supporting creative expression.
Khmer Language & Culture is listed as a foundation subject. English is taught as a core subject with a phonics program referenced in Year 1 materials. An EAL program and staff support are provided to help language learners.
Foundation subjects include PSHE, Humanities, Khmer Language & Culture, Art, Music, Choir, PE and Swimming, indicating an emphasis on wellbeing and physical activity. Primary education covers core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science) with weekly foundation subjects that include sport and arts. The school supports sports and creative activities as part of its holistic approach.
The school has a Senior Management team led by the Head of Operations and an Early Years & Primary Headteacher, as well as a High School Headteacher. School founders Clive and Laura Butler are from England and have been active in Cambodia since 2013. The team also includes dedicated Operations and teaching staff across year groups.
Facilities include a secret garden, outdoor classrooms, a treehouse, a music and dance studio, and dedicated housekeeping and security staff, supporting a positive learning environment. The campus emphasizes personal, social and physical development through EYFS and Primary programs.
