Century Private School, founded in 1994 by Ms. Sybil Taylor, is a private, coeducational day school in Richmond Hill, housed in the Loyal True Blue and Orange Home, a historic 1922 building. It serves ages 2 to 18, from preschool through secondary education, with a Montessori program for early years and an enriched Ontario curriculum to Grade 12. The school offers specialist instruction in French, Visual Arts, Drama, Music, and Physical Education, with Grade 5–8 receiving enhanced focus in Math, Language, Science and Social Studies. International students receive ESL support and access to an Academic Pathway Program, plus Orientation to ease transition. The Arts Program includes Visual Arts, Music, Drama, and Performing Arts, with a Grade 4 Band and regular concerts.
