Online applications are available for Crestwood Lower School (JK–Grade 6) and Crestwood Preparatory College (Grade 7–12). Crestwood School's Online Application is for JK, SK, and Grade 1–6 at crestwoodschool.schooladmin.ca, and Crestwood Preparatory College's Online Application is for Grade 7–12 at crestwood.schooladmin.ca. Upper School Dates of Importance include: September 8, 2025 – new application window opens; December 12, 2025 – Apple Financial Deadline for Applications; December 16, 2025 – new application deadline; February 20, 2026 – offer date; March 6, 2026 – offer acceptance deadline. Scholarships

The Crestwood Preparatory College Scholarship Foundation exists to assist deserving students (established 2007). The Head of School Scholarship is offered to a select group of students; to apply, complete the Apple Financial application form and provide a personal letter to the Headmaster explaining the student's contribution to Crestwood. Apple Financial Services handles the financial-aid assessment (FACS) for Canadian students; all applicants must register with Apple Financial and submit online. All applicants must submit by December 12. Crestwood Preparatory College also offers the Roy Pejcinovski Scholarship Fund to support a student with high academic achievement and athletic excellence in hockey.
