Application fee

- CAD 300 — one-time application fee for both international and domestic students.

On‑site (Grade 7–12) tuition and mandatory school fees (per academic year, 8 credits)

- International students — Tuition (8 credits): CAD 21,500.
- Domestic students (Canadian citizens & permanent residents) — Tuition (8 credits): CAD 12,000.

- Activity fee: CAD 650 (per student, per year).

FH Online (Grade 7–12) — tuition rates

- Domestic (Canadian citizens & permanent residents): Per credit CAD 1,000; Per year (8 credits) CAD 8,000.
- International students (taking courses inside Canada): Per credit CAD 1,400; Per year (8 credits) CAD 11,200.
- International students (taking courses outside Canada): Per credit CAD 1,700; Per year (8 credits) CAD 13,600.

Ontario Student Record (OSR) / registration and resource fees

- OSR (Ontario Student Record) registration fee: CAD 200. The OSR registration fee must be paid prior to or at the same time as the total tuition payment.
- Resource fee: CAD 300 — covers items such as proof of enrolment, transcripts, recommendation letters, proof of graduation (limits and extra‑copy charges apply).

English / ESL programs and related fees

- ESL Levels 1A–5B (80 hours / 4 weeks each): Tuition CAD 1,150 per 4‑week course; Resources & materials CAD 100 per course. One‑time ESL registration fee: CAD 200. Language placement test: CAD 60 (waivable if testing is taken after full tuition payment).
- One‑on‑one tutoring: CAD 80/hour (standard); CAD 90/hour for special‑request senior teacher. Minimums apply (10 hours for ESL courses; 20 hours for other courses).

Health insurance, custodianship and homestay (for international students)

- Health insurance (one year coverage): CAD 650 (comprehensive coverage; mandatory for international students).
- Custodianship legal document service: CAD 300 (one‑time). Custodian service fee: CAD 100 per month.
- Homestay: CAD 1,200 – CAD 1,600 per month; Homestay placement fee: CAD 300 (one‑time). Homestay arrangement typically provides a private bedroom, shared common areas and three meals per day.

Other optional services and fees

- Airport pickup and drop‑off: available on request (fee quoted per booking).
- Prep basketball program: CAD 12,000 per year in addition to regular tuition when taken (applies to students in the program).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Currency: All tuition and fees are to be paid in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Payment methods accepted: wire transfer (bank information provided on request), direct deposit, certified cheque / bank draft / money order, and e‑transfer to finance@fheducation.ca.
- OSR registration fee is required to be paid prior to or at the same time as total tuition payment; other fees (application, activity, materials, uniform) are charged as part of the registration/annual billing.
- An installment plan is indicated as available by the school's published materials for tuition payment.

Boarding / residential accommodation

- On‑campus boarding is not listed as an option. Homestay placement is offered (see homestay fees above) as the primary residential option for international students.

Refund policy (key points)

- If a student's study permit / visa is refused by IRCC, a full refund of tuition and fees is granted less an administration fee of CAD 400 and the CAD 300 application fee.
- Refund requests for visa refusal require submission of the FH Tuition Refund Request Form and original IRCC letter of rejection, the original letter of acceptance from FH, original payment receipt, and other documentation as requested. The review and processing time is approximately 60 days.
- No tuition refund is permitted in these circumstances: where documents are found fraudulent or unauthentic; where the student withdraws for reasons other than visa refusal; where the student is expelled or asked to withdraw for violations of school rules or local law; or where false medical information was provided.
