Admissions
Phase One — Step 1 | Submit Online Application. Applications are now open for Day and Boarding tracks. Day-track deadlines are October 30, 2026 for Kindergarten, Grade 4, and Grades 6–11, with a reduced application fee if submitted by October 15, 2026; after that date the fee increases to $100 until the deadline, and late applications may be accepted for Grades 4, 6, 7, and 8 (space permitting) with a $350 late fee. Grades 1–3 and Grade 5 Day have a separate deadline of January 29, 2027. Boarding has a different timeline with Priority Application Review from September through December, Standard Application Review from January through February, and Rolling Admissions after February. Phase One — Step 2 | Submit Supporting Documentation. Submit the final report card from the 2025–26 school year, current report cards as received, and the Character Reference Form, plus any additional documents outlined in the online checklist. Only the requested documents will be reviewed, and references should come from a classroom teacher if possible rather than tutors or family friends. Do not send extra items such as certificates or photos. Phase One — Step 3 | Group Assessments. Kindergarten applicants are invited to attend an in-house Group Assessment January 7–9, 2027. Grades 4, 6, 7, and 8 have early application dates in late October with dates selected in mid-November, and applicants are invited to self-schedule an in-house Group Assessment date. Phase Two — Step 4 | Shortlist For Interviews. Kindergarten interviews are scheduled for selected parents after the assessment. Grades 1–3 and Grade 5: non-intake year applications are reviewed, and shortlisted candidates are invited for assessments and interviews in Spring 2027. Grades 4, 6, 7, and 8: shortlisting decisions are based on report cards, the character reference form, the application, and group assessments; shortlisted candidates are invited to complete a standardized test and to schedule a student and parent interview. Phase Two — Step 5 | Complete Testing. Kindergarten follows the Group Assessment pathway; Grades 4 have an in-house academic assessment in December; Grades 6–8: shortlisted candidates write the SSAT; Grades 9–11: all shortlisted applicants must register for and submit SSAT results; International applicants outside Canada/USA must write the SSAT at an approved location. Early Decision candidates must complete testing by December 1, 2025; Regular Decision by March 1, 2026; testing dates fill quickly. Phase Two — Step 6 | Admissions Decision. Admissions decisions for Kindergarten are released February 24, 2027; Grades 4–7 on March 3, 2027; Grade 8 on February 17, 2027; Grades 9–11 decisions are issued on a rolling basis through March 2027; Limited Intake years may roll through late April.
