Language Provision

English is the focus of language provision, with ESL support available through the AAP Program (ESL). The UIS ESL Program aims to prepare English learners for academic success, and the Summer Immersion Camp and Immersion Program center on English-language learning within an Ontario curriculum framework.

Immersion Programs

UIS-exclusive programs include an Immersion Program. UIS also offers a Summer Immersion Camp that teaches English through subject-specific vocabulary and expressions, grounded in the Ontario curriculum, with activities such as city tours, science experiments, sports, and theatre.
