Wellbeing and Support

How students are nurtured, understood, and kept safe

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school focuses on holistic development, including moral, intellectual, physical, social, and overall mental growth. It cultivates student leadership, strong character, and confidence. Through extracurricular activities, clubs, and volunteer opportunities, students develop social responsibility and engage with the school and broader community.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

A free assessment identifies each student's educational needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, and a personalized learning plan is created to meet individual requirements. Experienced teachers provide targeted guidance and support to help students progress.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

English as a Second Language courses are offered from beginner to advanced (ESLAO, ESLBO, ESLCO, ESLDO, ESLEO). An in-class assessment places students in the correct course level, and instructors are certified. Small class sizes support individualized attention and language development.

Mental Wellbeing

Mental development is included in the school's holistic approach to education, with a strong emphasis on mental health and wellness. The school supports a safe and healthy environment and promotes well-being as part of everyday learning.

Safeguarding

The safety and well-being of students are top priorities, with a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying and a focus on mental health and wellness. Emergency information is collected to authorize medical treatment in health concerns. Accommodation arrangements emphasize safety and security, and health-care access is provided when students feel unwell.
