The school sits on an 11.03-hectare campus in the eastern sector of Talca, about 4.5 km from the city center, on the road to San Clemente and the Pehuenche International Pass. In 1997-1998 a new building of 3,000 square meters was constructed, comprising all classrooms, a civic courtyard, covered walkways and some administrative offices. In April 1998 the project continued with a second phase, adding a dining hall for 150 people, special classrooms, three laboratories and a music room. The gymnasium and a Pre-Básica pavilion were built, and an athletic track was started; external changing rooms and a covered preschool courtyard were constructed as part of infrastructure expansion. Infrastructure projects continued to expand the middle-school wing and other spaces to meet educational needs.
The school has a gymnasium for indoor sports and an athletics track. The middle-school wing was expanded to support physical education. External changing rooms were constructed to serve sports programs. A covered preschool courtyard provides a sheltered outdoor play area.
