Application / Admission fees

- Incorporation fee (one-time): CLP 2,750,000 for the first child; CLP 2,750,000 for the second child; CLP 1,375,000 for the third child; fourth child onward: no incorporation fee. Payment may be made by credit card or by cheque (maximum 3 cheques).

Tuition (colegiatura) – annual and instalments

- Annual tuition (Prekinder through IV Medio): CLP 6,698,000 per student per year. This single annual tuition rate applies to the full range from Prekinder through IV Medio.

- Instalment schedule: the annual tuition may be paid in up to ten equal monthly instalments between March and December 2026. If paid in ten instalments, each monthly instalment equals CLP 669,800 (CLP 6,698,000 ÷ 10).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Accepted payment methods and plans:
- Debit or bank credit card (installments and conditions according to the issuing bank).
- PAC: automatic debit from a checking account in 1 to 10 payments (requires a backup cheque and photocopy of ID when a sight account is used).
- PAT: automatic charge to a bank credit card in 1 to 10 payments (requires a backup cheque and photocopy of ID with the associated credit card number identified).
- Personalized nominative cheque: 1 to 10 payments; payments fall on the 30th of each month from March to December 2026 (days 30 of each month).
- Cash is not accepted. Bank transfers or deposits are not an authorized standard payment method and are only accepted exceptionally with prior written request and authorization from Administration and Finance (recaudacion@dsmorus.cl).

- Early payment discount: 5% discount on the annual tuition for families who pay the full annual tuition in advance using credit card, debit, or a personal nominative cheque and who complete payment by March 15, 2026.

- Sibling discounts (applies when children share the same economic guardian): the third child receives a 5% discount on annual tuition; the fourth child and any subsequent children receive a 7.5% discount on annual tuition.

- Late payment and extensions:
- Late payment penalty: CLP 5,000 per student for each month of delay (applies up to a maximum of 30 days of delay), plus interest up to the maximum legally permitted. After 30 days of unpaid debt, collection may be referred to external services.
- Payment extensions (prórrogas): may be requested in writing at least three business days in advance; each approved postponement generates a CLP 5,000 surcharge per student and per event.

Boarding / Residence fees

- The school operates as a day school; no boarding or dormitory fees apply.

Other mandatory or common additional costs

- Annual school insurance (sostenedor económico): Option 1: CLP 74,000 per student (coverage for first guardian, 100%); Option 2: CLP 38,000 per student (coverage for second guardian, 50%). Insurance coverage is effective from the enrollment date until December 31, 2026.

- Annual school accident insurance (Clínica Alemana): CLP 36,000 per student for 2026. Fourth sibling and subsequent siblings are exempt from this charge. Other insurance coverages from third parties may be accepted if accredited.
