Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application / Admission fee

- There is no separate application fee to start the admissions process. The admissions process is free of charge for applicants. The enrollment (matrícula) is charged only once at matriculation and is detailed below.

Enrollment fee (Valor matrícula)

- Medio Menor and Medio Mayor (early childhood): UF 12 per student, payable at the time of matriculation.
- Prekindergarten and Kindergarten: UF 12 per student, payable at matriculation.
- Enseñanza Básica (primary): UF 13.5 per student, payable at matriculation.
- Enseñanza Media (secondary): UF 13.5 per student, payable at matriculation.

Tuition (Colegiatura) by level — annual and installment detail

- Medio Menor and Medio Mayor: Colegiatura anual UF 120. The school offers the colegiatura annual as a single payment or divided into 10 equal monthly installments. If divided in 10 monthly payments (mandatory option March–December when chosen), each installment equals UF 12 and is due the 15th of each month.
- Prekindergarten and Kindergarten: Colegiatura anual UF 120; monthly (10) installments of UF 12 (March–December), due on the 15th of each month when that payment plan is used.
- Enseñanza Básica: Colegiatura anual UF 135; monthly (10) installments of UF 13.5 (March–December), due on the 15th of each month when that payment plan is used.
- Enseñanza Media: Colegiatura anual UF 135; monthly (10) installments of UF 13.5 (March–December), due on the 15th of each month when that payment plan is used.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment options for the colegiatura:
- Full annual payment in advance (eligible for discount).
- Payment in 10 equal monthly installments, March through December, with each installment due on the 15th of the month. Subscription to an automatic payment authorization (PAC or PAT) is required for monthly payments. A signed pagaré for the total annual amount (and the intercambio fund when included) is required in many payment arrangements; the institute may require notarization and a co-debtor. Late payments incur the maximum legal interest plus external collection charges.
- Discount schedule for the colegiatura and matrícula:
- 5% discount on total annual colegiatura when paid in full by the early-contingent deadline (date published for the enrollment cycle).
- 3% discount on full annual colegiatura when paid in full by a secondary deadline (date published for the enrollment cycle).
- Matrícula discounts: specific limited discounts apply in the enrollment windows (for example, a 5% matriculation discount in the regular period for returning families and a 15% matriculation discount for children of ex‑alumni in Pre‑school under set conditions). Discounts are not cumulative. Late or missed payments negate discount eligibility.
- Required payment deadlines and enforceable terms: the contract of provision of educational services and the signed pagaré create enforceable obligations; failure to keep colegiaturas current may affect continued enrollment or renewal of matriculation. Late payments are subject to legal interest and collection costs.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. The institute does not operate boarding facilities and therefore does not charge boarding fees.

Other costs and recurring extra charges

- Fondo Anual “Intercambio a Alemania”: UF 3 per year per student (from Medio Menor upward). If included in the monthly plan, this is billed as UF 0.3 per month alongside the 10 colegiatura installments.
- Cuota anual de socio de la Corporación: 1 UF charged at matriculation when applicable.
- Talleres/extracurriculars: One extracurricular workshop is included; a second (and each additional) extracurricular activity carries a monthly cost of CLP 25,000 per activity payable in advance with the colegiatura. Some sport activities held at external facilities may include transportation but do not necessarily add a separate fee for the transport service when minimum uptake conditions are met.
- Seguros (optional/contracted through the institute): Schooling insurance (covers colegiatura in the event of the death or permanent disability of the payer up to specified limits) and accident insurance for students are offered and, if taken, are billed and must be paid as indicated on the school invoice. Coverage periods run from January 1 to December 31 of the calendar year.
- IB external examination costs and other listed academic services included in the colegiatura: the informativo lists external IB Diploma examinations and other program elements as part of the commitments covered by the colegiatura.

Refund information (contract and enrollment cancellation)

- There is no separate, explicit refund schedule published in the public enrollment and colegiatura informativos reviewed. The enrollment process is governed by the Contract of Provision of Educational Services and internal regulations; those documents establish conditions for contract effectiveness, conditions under which a contract will not enter into force, and obligations related to payment (for example, non-activation if specific prior payments are not honored). Any question about refunds or cancellations should be addressed through the institute's administrative offices and the contractual documentation signed at matriculation.

Fee payment methods accepted

- Matriculation can be paid by: cash, debit card, credit card, or cheque (current-dated).
- Colegiatura can be paid by: full annual payment (cash, bank card or cheque at specified deadlines) or by monthly installments via automatic debit (PAC or PAT). Monthly payment arrangements require subscription to PAC/PAT and may require a signed pagaré; annual-payment discounts have specified deadlines and accepted payment instruments.

Short administrative notes for parents (concise)

- Enrollment requires signing the contractual document and settling the matrícula at the time of matriculation; the contract may require notarization or a co-debtor depending on the payment method chosen. Late payments are charged legal interest and collection costs; unpaid colegiaturas may affect renewal of enrollment.

(For the most relevant numeric values and payment conditions above, see the institute's official matriculation and colegiatura informativo for the 2026 enrollment cycle.)
