Billing schedule and payment terms

- Monthly payment is offered as a facilitation for families but the annual colegiatura remains a single, indivisible obligation under the contract.
- Cheques used for colegiatura are deposited month by month on the scheduled date; returned/protested cheques must be settled by cash, card or confirmed bank transfer plus interest and associated costs. Late payment triggers a morosity procedure starting from the 11th calendar day after the due date and may incur interest up to the legal maximum and collection costs.

These categories are charged separately as they arise.

Uniforms
- Use of the school uniform is mandatory during class time; parents may purchase uniform items where they choose and the school does not impose a single supplier. There is no fixed uniform fee charged by the school.

Refund and withdrawal (retraction) rules
- The colegiatura is refundable only if the withdrawal is requested before the start of the provision of educational services; once services have started the annual colegiatura remains due.
- For students entering for the first time: the matrícula is refundable at 80% if the withdrawal is requested before December 30, 2023; after that date no reimbursement of matrícula is provided. (The school's retraction policy sets specific cutoff dates for refund eligibility.)
