Lincoln International Academy is an international bilingual family school of academic excellence. It is guided by values such as love, respect, discipline, perseverance, honesty and joy. It is the first school in South America to provide the Finnish International model and is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The admissions process opens with a contact form and a visit to the school for a personalized meeting led by the admissions team; after the meeting, applicants receive the application form and payment information for the admission process (1.5 UF). Documents to attach include a birth certificate and a personality report (and grade certificates for the last two years in some cases). An evaluation follows the application, during which the child participates in play-based activities; results are emailed within up to 15 business days after the evaluation. Enrollment dates are announced for each intake year. Ages for application vary by campus and grade, with Playgroup, Pre-Kinder and up to 10th grade eligibility and vacancies advertised per campus. Lincoln International Academy is a bilingual school in Chile serving students aged 2 to 18 across two campuses, Lo Barnechea and Chicureo. The school offers two international curricula: the Finnish International Curriculum (FIS) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP). In 2024 it became an IB World School delivering the Diploma Programme, and it is the first school in South America to teach the Finnish International Curriculum. The English-language program is complemented by a bilingual environment, with native English teachers and Cambridge English certification, and about a quarter of students come from international backgrounds. The school emphasizes student well-being through the Integral Support Department (DAI) and Outdoor Education, and it supports a safe, respectful campus through KiVa anti-bullying initiatives. Extracurriculars include a broad sport and arts offering, with a 2024 Performing Arts classroom. The school prepares students for university and life beyond through enquiry-based learning and personalised support globally.
