Application fees
- Admission/exam fee: 1 UF for application testing (applies to entry tests indicated for Playgroup, Pre-Kinder, Kinder and early primary and for some middle/senior admissions).
- Incorporation (one-time entry) fee: UF 40, payable on entry from Pre-Kinder and valid for the student for all subsequent years (paid once).
- Annual registration / enrollment (matrícula) fee: one registration fee per student each year (standard value shown on admission documentation).
Tuition fees by year group (annual and monthly amounts)
- Playgroup (half day): Annual tuition UF 75.00; typical monthly instalment shown UF 7.50. Parents who extend the daily schedule to 15:45 pay an additional UF 4.50 per month; an occasional extended-day rate is charged per day (published daily amount for occasional use).
- Pre‑Kinder: Annual tuition UF 137.90; monthly instalment shown UF 13.79.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is treated as an annual charge and may be paid in ten monthly instalments (March through December). Payment is scheduled in three windows each month (Vencimiento 1: days 1–10; Vencimiento 2: days 11–20; Vencimiento 3: days 21–30/31) with slightly different instalment amounts depending on the chosen window.
- Late payment: amounts paid after the agreed due date incur a surcharge; the school applies a surcharge for late payment (surcharge policy and calculation are stated in the school's billing rules).
- Early‑payment discounts for full-year, up‑front payment are published seasonally (examples of discount tiers and applicable dates are applied when paying the full annual tuition in advance).
- Sibling discounts: second sister receives a 10% discount on the basic tuition; third and subsequent sisters receive a 20% discount on the basic tuition.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school and fees are charged for day enrolment and optional extended-day services.
Other costs and typical extra charges
- Parent Association fee: an annual fee per family (example value applied at matriculation).
- Extension hours and occasional day care (Playgroup / Pre‑Kinder / Kinder): an additional UF 4.50 per month for extended daily hours; occasional-use daily charge is published as a fixed CLP amount per day.
- Uniforms, books and school supplies: families are responsible for uniform purchase and grade‑specific supplies; official uniform lists and school‑supply lists are published by the school for each year and grade.
- Insurance: on completion of matriculation standard insured coverages are activated (personal accidents for pupils and a life‑insurance policy for the contracting guardian). The policies and related administrative documents are part of the school's administrative documentation.
- Lunch / cafeteria and other optional services: lunches and other optional on‑campus services are billed separately via the school's payments systems.
Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds, cancellations and specific conditions for the return of fees are governed by the school's Contract of Educational Services and the matriculation rules contained in the school's administrative documentation; the contract establishes the terms for enrolment, cancellation and any applicable reimbursements.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Accepted payment methods include automatic bank debit (PAC), automatic credit‑card debit (PAT), bank transfer and online card payments (WebPay). Bank transfer details and account information are provided for tuition payments.
- Electronic payment portals and the school's payment platform are used for processing monthly tuition and other charges. Families can arrange automatic debits (PAC/PAT) to avoid manual monthly payment.
