The campus sits on a spacious 130-acre, park-like setting in the foothills of the Andes, about 20 minutes from downtown Santiago. The school serves Early Years through High School in separate facilities, with dedicated staff for each division. The campus includes two multi-purpose halls, a modern library/media center, science laboratories, and computer labs. The Fine Arts center includes a theater and spaces for visual arts, drama, music, and dance, connected to two MakerLabs. The campus also includes counseling and college admissions offices, two cafeterias, a nursing/first aid center, several playgrounds, a double-size gymnasium, a weight training and fitness facility, two sports fields, an all-weather track, an outdoor education center, and an indoor aquatics center.
The upper field is state-of-the-art with a full-sized playing field, a four-lane track, a beach volleyball court, and two basketball/volleyball courts. The indoor gymnasium is double-size and includes a functional training and cardio room, plus a refurbished weight room. The Aquatics Center has a six-lane competition pool for training and water polo, and a separate beginner pool. Outdoor facilities include two covered courts with a multi-purpose floor, four clay tennis courts, and another full-sized grass field for training, games, and large-scale events. For younger students there is a dedicated gymnastics gym, three artificial turf fields for Early Years and Elementary use, and three large playgrounds. The rolling hills on campus provide routes for cross-country training and ASA trekking sessions. A Health Services Unit supports safe and developmentally appropriate athletic experiences.
The campus provides a modern library/media center and science laboratories, along with computer labs to support research, inquiry, and STEM learning. The Fine Arts Building offers spaces for visual arts, drama, and music in addition to a dedicated theater and related rehearsal spaces. Two MakerLabs support hands-on, project-based learning across disciplines. Counseling and college admissions offices assist with planning and preparation, and a Nursing/First Aid center is available on campus.
Nido de Aguilas offers robust co-curricular offerings in athletics, fine arts, STEM, and more. The Fine Arts Center hosts concerts, plays, visual arts exhibitions, and dance performances open to families and the community. The school hosts SAAC Fine Arts events and utilizes the Fine Arts Center for performances and festivals. A Club Sports Program provides dynamic off-season training and competition for Middle and High School students. Field Day showcases on-campus athletic participation and community involvement, and the school emphasizes a broad range of co-curricular opportunities across its programs.
Founded in 1934, The International School Nido de Aguilas is a co‑educational, non‑sectarian day school in Chile offering English‑medium instruction across Early Years through High School. The curriculum blends an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with American and Chinese National standards, supporting students aged 3 to 18. Classes are conducted in English, with Spanish required from Kinder 2 onward and specialized language support for new arrivals. The school operates four divisions: Early Years, Elementary, Middle and High School, with cross‑divisional planning to ensure coherence.
