English is the language of instruction for most classes. English as an Additional Language (EAL) provides language support to help students access the curriculum. English language learners have dedicated language support. Foreign language courses exist, and Chilean National Plan courses are offered in High School.
The school offers a bilingual IB Diploma option; graduates can earn a bilingual IB Diploma (English and Spanish). All classes are taught in English, with the exception of foreign language courses and the Chilean National Plan courses in the High School.

Founded in 1934, The International School Nido de Aguilas is a co‑educational, non‑sectarian day school in Chile offering English‑medium instruction across Early Years through High School. The curriculum blends an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with American and Chinese National standards, supporting students aged 3 to 18. Classes are conducted in English, with Spanish required from Kinder 2 onward and specialized language support for new arrivals. The school operates four divisions: Early Years, Elementary, Middle and High School, with cross‑divisional planning to ensure coherence.
