ISD provides instruction in English for students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. It is an IB World School authorized to offer the IB Diploma Programme for Grades 11 and 12. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The teacher–student ratio is 1:5.
Facilities for the arts include a Black Box Theatre, music rooms, an art gallery, a pottery kiln, a screen and printing press, a photography studio, a library and a multimedia center. The campus also houses a modern Maker Space with robotics, a laser cutter and a 3D printer to support creative projects. Sports and performance spaces include an indoor basketball court, two outdoor tennis courts, a turf field and a full-size gym, enabling a range of artistic and athletic activities.
ISD is an IB World School offering the Diploma Programme, with instruction conducted in English. The school serves Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, fostering a multicultural environment. ISD is a member of ACAMIS and EARCOS, which support international collaboration and cultural exchange.

The International School of Dongguan (ISD) is an English-medium, co-educational day school located at 11 Jin Feng Nan Road in Nancheng District, Dongguan. ISD opened on 16 August 2012 and currently teaches from Early Childhood (Pre‑K) through Grade 12; the school is WASC‑accredited and an authorized IB Diploma Programme school that is pursuing the full IB continuum. The campus occupies a purpose-built site with facilities for arts, sciences, sports and a Maker Space (robotics, laser cutter and 3D printer); ISD also lists a dedicated indoor basketball court and outdoor sports pitches and courts. Tuition for 2025–2026 (single‑payment annual rates on the school's published fee schedule) ranges from RMB 126,000 (Pre‑K / JK band) up to RMB 233,600 (Grades 9–12).
