Registration / Application Fee
- A non-refundable registration (application) fee of RMB 2,000 is payable for new students at the time of application.

Tuition structure and amounts (Component A, Component B, Component C)
- The school divides tuition into three components: Component A (annual, non-refundable), Component B (annual, pro-rated instructional fee) and Component C (mother-tongue participation fees where applicable). Total tuition for a student is the sum of Component A + Component B (Component C is additional if applicable). The published Component A, Component B and total annual sums are as follows. Component A + Component B (annual totals) are given first as separate components and then shown as the combined Total Tuition (Component A + B):

- KG 1a (Nursery 1a — half day)
- Component A: RMB 32,300.
- Component B: RMB 51,600.
- Total tuition (Component A + B): RMB 83,900.

- KG 1b / KG 2 / KG 3 / UK Year 1 (Nursery full-day, Reception/Pre-K, UK Year 1 grouping as listed)
- Component A (applies to these early-years / KG categories): RMB 37,900.
- Component B by stage:

- IB Diploma examination and related fees
- IB examination fees (payable to IBO and collected by the school) for Grade 12 students are estimated in the published range of RMB 4,000 to RMB 6,200 depending on subject choices.
- Separate IST administration fees for IB re-examinations are RMB 1,200 for early registration and RMB 2,400 for late registration.
- An approximate IB Diploma technology / course-related charge is noted as an additional item (approx. RMB 15,000 subject to individual course selections).

Per-term, per-semester and pro-rated breakdown guidance
- Component A is an annual, non‑refundable charge (not normally pro-rated except in limited, specified circumstances). Component B is a pro-rated instructional fee that may be refunded or adjusted under the school's pro‑rata rules.
- For payment planning: Component B may be paid by semester (the school requires at minimum payment of the first semester of Component B at the initial payment deadline) or, by written request and approval, on a quarterly basis; therefore a semester amount equals one-half of the annual Component B figure and a quarterly amount equals one-quarter of the annual Component B figure if quarterly payment is approved. (The school's stated payment options and the availability of quarterly payment requests are applied under the school's policy.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoices for enrolled students are issued to paying parties around mid‑May.
- Payment due: the annual Component A fee and at minimum the first semester of Component B must be paid no later than 31 July (the school's published due date policy).
- Quarterly payment of Component B may be considered by written request and appropriate documentation; such requests are subject to approval by the Director or the Board of Governors under the school's policy.
- A payment incentive: a 2% discount on the Component B Fee is offered to patrons who pay the full annual Component B by the early-payment date specified by the school (the school's published early-payment deadline applies).
- Fee currency and bank transfer instructions: fees may be paid in RMB or in U.S. Dollars. The school provides bank transfer details for RMB payments (domestic Chinese bank transfers) and for USD payments from overseas banks (including beneficiary bank and SWIFT). Wire-transfer instructions and bank beneficiary details are published by the school.

Other compulsory or optional costs
- Bus / transportation service (optional): annual city route cost is RMB 14,200 per year (RMB 7,100 per semester); TEDA route cost is RMB 15,300 per year (RMB 7,650 per semester). Bus charges are billed separately from tuition.
- Meals and excursions: the published tuition components include the daily set‑meal lunch and the school's Week Without Walls and other excursions.
- Uniforms and lessons-related supplies: the school requires specific PE/uniform items; uniform items (for example PE shirts and shorts and training shoes) are available through the school channels. Uniform purchase costs are the responsibility of the parent; specific price points are not published in the school fee schedule.
- Optional course-specific / activity charges: IB subject-related costs, technology/course charges (approx. RMB 15,000 for certain IB-related technology/costs, dependent on course selections), and any externally charged examination fees are additional and vary by student course choices. Mother-tongue program fees (Component C) are additional where applicable.

Sibling discounts and sponsorship notes
- A sibling discount applies on Component B: 20% discount for a family's third child attending the school and 30% discount for the fourth and subsequent children (applies to Component B only).
- Company sponsorship note: the Component C French mother-tongue fee does not apply to Airbus-sponsored students per the published policy.

Boarding / overnight accommodation
- The school operates as a day school and does not publish boarding fees or boarding provision. School transportation services (daily bus) are provided for day students.

Refund policy and transfers
- Registration fee and Component A: non-refundable. Component A already paid may be transferred to a new student from the same company or family so long as the new student enrols after the departure of the leaving student (under the school's published transfer rules).
- Component B refund rules: Component B will be refunded on a pro‑rated basis within the first week of the commencement of a quarter (as defined in the school calendar). For students leaving after the first week of a quarter, no refund is made for the Component B fee for that quarter; subsequent quarters already paid will be refunded in full. Component B amounts for the remainder of a quarter may be transferred to a new student in the same manner as Component A transfers.
- Force majeure: if the school closes due to force majeure or similar unforeseen adverse circumstances, published policy states no fees will be refunded after the announcement date of closure; force majeure policy overrides other refund policies in those circumstances.
- IB exam fee refund: a full refund of the IB Diploma exam fee will be given if written notification of withdrawal is submitted prior to the last school day before the winter holiday; after that date the IB Diploma exam fee is not refundable.

Accepted payment methods and bank transfer details (summary)
- Fees are payable in RMB or USD. The school publishes wire‑transfer instructions for:
- Wire transfers in RMB from Chinese banks (domestic bank details and beneficiary in Chinese banking).
