• International Baccalaureate (IB) — ISA Wuhan's website states the school is authorised to deliver IB programmes; the site specifically records IB PYP authorisation for the primary/kindergarten division and reports full IBDP authorisation for the high school. This means the school has met IB requirements to teach those IB programmes and to assess students under IB standards.
• Cognia® accreditation — the school's news pages state that ISA Wuhan (and the linked Wenhua high school) were awarded Cognia accreditation in June 2024. Cognia is an international accreditation and school-improvement organisation that evaluates educational leadership, teaching and learning, and institutional effectiveness; the accreditation indicates an external review of the school's systems and quality.
• British Boarding Schools Association (BBSA) authorisation/accreditation for boarding staff — the school's homepage and campus information note that the international boarding staff are accredited and authorised by the British Boarding Schools Association and meet its standards. This relates specifically to the boarding provision and staff training/management rather than academic programme authorisation.
• MIT FabLab registration (STEAM Centre) — the school's news items state that the ISA Wuhan STEAM Centre obtained FabLab registration and became an MIT-recognised FabLab (described on the site as an MIT-certified K–12 FabLab). FabLab registration indicates the makerspace meets the FabLab network's criteria and connects the school to the global maker/STEAM network. (This is a laboratory/makerspace registration rather than an academic accreditation.)
ISA Wuhan International School is a K–12 IB-continuum campus for students aged 2–18 located on Fenglin Road in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone; the site also notes the campus sits beside the Yangtze River. The school offers the IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma programmes and also operates Cambridge IGCSE pathways at secondary levels; instruction is delivered in English with Chinese language provision. Facilities described on the website include a STEAM centre and science labs, a library (listed capacity >50,000 books), a 1000-seat auditorium, sports halls, an aquatics centre and boarding accommodation.
