The Wuhan campus is the second oldest Maple Leaf School and has graduated thousands who move on to top universities worldwide. It opened in 2007 with an international high school (grades 10–12) and a K–9 Foreign Nationals School, and later added an elementary school, a middle school and a Chinese-curriculum high school. There are around 500 high school students and about 3,000 students on the campus overall. More than 95% of Grade 12 graduates move to Western universities, and the school emphasizes life and study overseas preparation, English-language development, and robust student support services.

Maple Leaf International School – Wuhan is a large K–12 campus that opened in 2007 and includes an international high school, a Foreign Nationals (off‑shore BC) school (pre‑school to Grade 9), and Chinese national curriculum streams.
