Refund information and key refund rules

- If written notification of withdrawal is received on or before August 1: 100% of tuition paid to date is refundable. If written notification is received after August 1 but before the first day of Semester 1: 100% of tuition paid to date is refundable less a deduction equal to 10% of the annual tuition. If written notification is received on or before December 1: refund will be made for tuition paid to date less the first-semester tuition and any annual‑tuition discount already applied. If written notification is received after December 1 but before the first day of Semester 2: tuition paid to date is refundable less first-semester tuition and 10% of the annual tuition. If withdrawal notification is on or after the first day of Semester 2: tuition paid to date is not refundable. No tuition refunds are eligible for students who take leave during their studies. Once a student has started and attended classes in a semester, tuition for that semester will not be refunded. The school retains the right to remove a student during a 30‑day observation period and to refund tuition from the date of removal where the school deems appropriate.
