Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Ulink Education began its work in international education in the early 2000s and established its Shanghai campus in partnership with Shanghai Normal University in 2005. The Shanghai campus operated under that partnership until it began independent operation in 2015. Over the following decade the campus added new curricular pathways, receiving IB authorization in 2018 and launching a collaboration with the SABIS® education group in 2022. The Shanghai campus is part of the broader Ulink Education group, which grew from the organization's founding activities in Guangzhou and expanded to multiple city campuses.
The Shanghai campus maintains an active on‑campus community with more than 100 student clubs spanning technology, academics, humanities, sports and the arts, and a regular calendar of events such as a spring music concert, an autumn sports day, a Chinese Culture Festival, Art Week and a Christmas gala. The school also runs annual community activities that involve staff, students and families — for example a multi‑year charity run that combines competitive relay sections and family fun runs while raising funds for education projects. Campus life information and a running news feed of recent events and student activities are published on the school website and parent portal.
Parents at Ulink Shanghai participate through an active parent committee (家委会) that supports school events, provides volunteers and sponsors items for large gatherings. The parent committee's volunteers and sponsors are specifically acknowledged for their roles in the school graduation ceremony and in the annual charity run (providing volunteers, refreshments and logistics support). School reporting shows parents working alongside the senior leadership team and school administrative units to run on‑campus events and to staff hospitality and logistics stations. The school also maintains a parent portal (ISAMS) and direct school contact channels for parent communication and event coordination. In practice the parent committee is a working group of volunteers that organises, funds or staffs specific activities rather than a purely advisory body.
Ulink College of Shanghai (领科教育上海校区) is an independent campus in Songjiang District (address: 涞亭南路559号). The school was founded in 2005 and the Shanghai campus later received IBDP authorization in 2018; since 2022 it also runs the SABIS®ULINK programme in partnership with SABIS® International Education. Ulink offers Cambridge (IGCSE and A Level) and IB Diploma programmes and lists a SABIS/US-pathway option; the site shows specific course lists for IGCSE, A Level and IBDP for AY2024–25. The campus is described on the school site as occupying about 100 mu with sports facilities (400m track, grass football pitch, indoor sports hall), libraries and science labs, and the site also gives a dedicated boarding-life page describing on-campus and off-campus dorms. The school site publishes a domestic-bilingual high‑school fee of RMB 90,000 per semester (which would be RMB 180,000 per year if two semesters are counted); overall current total enrolment and a general annual fee range for all international programmes are not published on the website.
