Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1: Which Aspaen school/preschool are you interested in? The admissions process begins with identifying the specific Aspaen institution you are considering. This first step directs the next steps in the process. Indicating your chosen campus starts your admissions journey.
Step 2: We will call you to visit the facilities and learn about our educational project. A staff member will contact you to schedule a tour of the campus and explain the educational program. The visit helps you understand the school's facilities and educational approach. This step ensures you receive information directly from the school.
Step 3: There will be a family interview and testing of the applicant (if applicable). The interview involves meeting with the family to discuss the student's fit with Aspaen's educational approach. Tests, if required, are administered to the applicant as part of the evaluation. This step helps determine readiness for admission.
Step 4: Within a maximum of five business days, you will receive a response about the admission process. If the response takes longer for any reason, ongoing communication will be maintained. This timeline begins once all documents are completed. Families can expect to be informed promptly.
