Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school's tariff structure uses a single enrollment payment (Matrícula) plus ten monthly pension payments (Pensión). The Matrícula is set equal to one‑eleventh of the annual tariff; the remaining annual cost is paid in ten equal monthly Pensión instalments of the same value as the Matrícula. Payments are collected across the academic year in ten monthly charges. Parents sign a promissory note (pagaré) and the school's contract at enrollment to guarantee payment. Absence from school does not entitle families to discounts or refunds for monthly charges.
Boarding / accommodation
- The school does not publish a permanent boarding programme with a separate boarding tariff. The manual lists “alojamiento escolar” among possible periodic charges (transport, accommodation, alimentation) as optional services that can be billed if provided, but no fixed boarding fee schedule is published.
Other costs and fees (examples and responsibilities)
- Transportation and school meals: identified as periodic service charges that are optional and billed separately when families accept them.
- Materials, books, uniforms and supplies: families are responsible for providing required uniforms, textbooks and school materials; some material costs and book charges may be billed separately or collected at enrollment as other periodic charges.
- Other periodic charges approved by the Council include contributions for specific institutional programmes (for example: Projecto de Educación Familiar, school‑run charges tied to the institution's projects, bilingual programme support and a monthly educational publication subscription). These other charges are fixed by the school and charged when the Council determines them; they are generally collected along with the Matrícula or as otherwise established.
Refunds and withdrawal
- The enrollment payment (Matrícula) is non‑refundable. Temporary or total absence during any month does not create the right to a discount or refund for amounts already owed. The annual Pensión is defined as the annual tariff less the sum already charged for Matrícula; the Pensión is collected in the ten monthly instalments described above.
Fee payment options
- The school provides an online payments entry point labelled “Pagos en línea” on its admissions/home pages (the school directs families to an online payments portal). In addition, enrollment requires execution of the contract and a signed pagaré as payment guarantees. Specific accepted payment instruments (card, bank transfer) are processed through the school's payments channel; families will follow the school's online payment process or the school's cashier procedures at the time of enrollment.
Notes on instalments and amounts
- The Pensión figures shown above are the monthly instalment amounts (ten payments per academic year). The Tarifa anual equals Matrícula plus the total of the ten Pensión instalments. The school's fees schedule is set annually by the Council and reflected in the school's official fee schedule.
