Colegio Colombo Hebreo is a Jewish day school in Bogota, Colombia, founded in 1948 with over 75 years of history. The school serves students from age 3 through Grade 11, with divisions including GAN (preschool, ages 3-6), Primary (Grades 1-5), and Secondary/Bachillerato (Grades 6-11). The school follows Universal Judaism principles and integrates Jewish values including respect, community solidarity, leadership, identity, and spirituality into its educational approach. Play-based learning is emphasized in preschool, with critical thinking developed through upper grades. The school provides kosher meals, bus service, and vocational and extracurricular activities. Led by Rector Jorge Avila, the school has an active student government.
