Billing schedule and payment terms

- Accepted payment channels for admissions and school payments include: cash, debit card, or credit card in person at the school cashier (American Express is not accepted).
- Bank deposit or electronic transfer to the school's Bancolombia account is accepted for admissions and school payments; parents are requested to e‑mail proof of deposit/transfer to the cashier and/or admissions office where indicated.
- The school provides an online payments option and specific banking details for electronic payments; proof of payment should be sent to the school cashier or admissions e‑mail addresses when required.

About 96% of students are Colombian; the remainder are from foreign missionary and diplomatic families.
El Camino Academy is an interdenominational Christian school in Bogotá offering an American-style Pre-K through 12 curriculum with AP options. The program uses a U.S.-based framework through high school, with an option to meet Colombian diploma requirements. Bible, physical education, and fine arts are integrated for all students. AP preparation is available based on student interest and staffing. Secondary class periods are 45 minutes; most core subjects meet five times weekly, while Bible, PE, and electives meet two to four times weekly. All graduates receive both American and a Colombian high school diploma. Founded in 1980 by North American missionaries, ECA has held ACSI accreditation since 1999. The 1.15-acre campus on Bogotá's northern edge houses a library with over 20,000 volumes (90% in English), a science lab, and dedicated art and music spaces. Extracurriculars include a broad sports program and En Sus Manos Music Academy, and a revived ECA Band.
