The Liceo Inglés Foundation has a Nutrition and Food Service Coordination. The coordinator ensures proper preparation and food safety and maintains a nutritionally varied menu. The feeding service is provided directly by the school to guarantee the full chain from supply to plate. At enrollment, families sign a contract for complementary services to access the service; lunch includes an entrée (vegetables, soup, or cream), a protein, rice, a carbohydrate, a salad bar, fruit, and juice, meeting age-appropriate portions and nutrition standards; a snack consists of a carbohydrate, a fruit, and a beverage. Services can be taken as lunch and snack together or individually (lunch or snack only). Changes can be made mid-year (15th–25th of each month) with medical documentation if needed; otherwise a contract penalty may apply. The school ensures safety and quality through direct provision and health authority oversight, and nutritional screening is offered with parental consent, with results shared and, if needed, nutritional strategies proposed in coordination with the Nutrition and Feeding Coordination.
The school is owned and governed by the Fundación Liceo Inglés (FLI), a private foundation established in 1986. It holds Cognia accreditation (formerly SACS/CASI).
