Billing schedule and payment terms
- The matrícula may not exceed 10% of the annual tariff. The pension may be charged in monthly installments or in payment periods not exceeding a trimester; the exact schedule and any installment plan are defined in the school's payment rules/Manual de Convivencia. When pensions are billed in 10 installments, the monthly amount is shown in the “Pensión (10)” figures above.
Boarding (internado)
- Boarding is not applicable; the institution operates as a day school.

- School meals (cobros periódicos): Combined breakfast and lunch (all grades) COP 651,133; lunch (Transición) COP 527,528; breakfast (all grades) COP 123,605. These periodic charges must be listed in the Manual de Convivencia and are offered on a voluntary basis (families are not obliged to acquire them from a single provider).
- Other periodic or occasional costs commonly charged (may be itemised in the Manual de Convivencia or annual invoices): extracurricular activity fees, field‑trip charges, study‑visit or IB exam fees, student ID, agendas, specific curriculum modules or materials. Specific values for these items and whether they are included in the pension or billed separately are set in the school's internal regulations.
Refunds and voluntary charges
- Periodic ancillary services (for example meal plans) are voluntary and must be offered as such; families are not obliged to acquire them from a single supplier. The published tariffs do not set a general, line‑by‑line refund schedule for matrícula or pensión; refund or pro‑rata adjustment rules (if any) are governed by the school's enrollment contract and the Manual de Convivencia and by applicable education regulation.
Fee payment options
- Online payments are accepted through the school's electronic payment portal (Phidias). In practice this enables card and electronic payment methods available through that platform. Other usual payment methods (bank transfer, bank deposit, or in‑person payment at the school's administrative office) are accepted in line with the school's billing instructions and the payment options published at time of invoicing.
