Gimnasio Vermont provides an English as a Second Language program designed to acquire English through an unconscious, mother-tongue-like process. The bilingual program aims to develop thought processes and communicative skills in English, with early immersion in which Pre-K to Transition use English as the language of instruction, and elementary schooling delivering about 60% English exposure and 40% Spanish; the program includes immersion phases and ongoing development of English proficiency.
Yoga and Mindfulness programs support mental wellbeing, with benefits including improved attention, resilience, self-regulation, empathy, and reduced stress; mindfulness helps students focus on the present with curiosity and acceptance.

Gimnasio Vermont is a Bogotá-based school in Bogotá serving ages 4 to 18 and offering International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) within a bilingual English program and values-based education framework. IB DP is a two-year pre‑university course for students aged 16–19, culminating in international exams and an IB diploma recognized by universities worldwide. At Gimnasio Vermont, Higher Level Spanish and English and Standard Level Mathematics and Philosophy form Diploma Programme, alongside an English immersion sequence that progresses from Early Total Immersion through the BICS phase to CALP in upper grades. The school collaborates with Saint Michael's College in Vermont for the bilingual program, runs a summer program there, and hosts study visits to Boston, New York, Montreal and Toronto.
