Per-term breakdown (inferred)

(This per-term split is a calculated breakdown based on the school's three-term calendar.)
- K4 & K5: USD 23,160 / 3 = USD 7,720 per term (calculated).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is divided into three terms (trimesters). Term dates are published for each academic year and the school operates on a Calendar B schedule (school year begins August/September and ends in June). Fees are presented as annual charges with the school's calendar organised into three terms; families are expected to make term payments in line with that term structure (for example, some school communications and programmes reference completion of first-term payment as condition for some offers or discounts).
Boarding
- Knightsbridge Schools International Bogotá operates as a day school; there are no boarding fees because boarding facilities are not provided.
Other costs and typical additional fees
- Uniform: Uniforms are supplied through Caracolitos Uniformes and must be purchased separately from the vendor. Expect uniform costs to be billed/purchased directly from that supplier. A uniform policy document is available.
- Meals: The meal charge shown in the fee schedule is USD 2,230 (annual) and appears as a separate line item in the fee structure above.
- Student Life Fees: Shown per year in the schedule (values vary by year group).
- Technology & Building Maintenance fee: USD 1,500 (annual) shown as a separate line item.
- Parents Association levy: USD 80 (annual) shown as a separate line item.
- Optional tutoring: French or English tutoring option is published at USD 3,300 where offered.
- Supplementary and incidental charges: Costs such as extracurricular activities, school trips beyond included curriculum items, lost/damaged books, instrument hire, sports teams or external examination fees are generally listed as additional and billed as incurred.
Refunds and withdrawal
- No specific, publicly posted line-by-line fee-refund schedule is provided in the school's visible admissions materials. Refund and withdrawal handling is managed through the school's finance/admissions processes; families should follow the school's formal admissions/finance instructions when seeking refunds or making withdrawals.
Fee payment options
- The school's published documents reference the use of finance and payment services in its administrative and privacy material; specific local payment methods and processing arrangements (for example: bank transfer, credit/debit card or third-party payment processors) are arranged through the school's finance office at the time of invoicing. For some programmes and communications the school references confirmation of payment for term or offer conditions, indicating formal payment receipts/invoice handling are used.
Notes on how amounts are shown here
- Annual and line-item amounts above are taken from the school's published fee documents for the 2025–2026 fee schedule elements that are publicly available. Per-term figures presented above are calculated by dividing the stated annual totals by three to align with the school's three-term academic calendar; these per-term numbers are presented as calculated instalments for planning purposes.
