The school offers 10-week Primary co-curricular activities in the last 90 minutes of the day, including Roller-Skating, Horseback Riding, BMX, Soccer, Cheerleading, Lego, and Arts & Crafts. Secondary after-school activities include MUN, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, French, Leadership, and Band, and KSIB participates in festivals and competitions through the Association of Bilingual Schools (ACB). The Learning Enrichment program provides ESL during school hours with ESL support after school if needed, a Case Manager for students requiring extra help, Tutorials, and a Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) framework as part of the IB Diploma Programme.
Arts & Crafts and Lego are offered as Primary co-curricular activities in 10-week sessions. Secondary after-school options include Band, providing opportunities for musical and performance-based creativity. These activities support collaborative, creative expression outside the classroom.
English and Spanish as a Second Language (ESL) is provided during school hours, with ESL support available after school to help students adapt to an English-speaking school in a Spanish-speaking country. French is offered among secondary after-school activities. The Learning Enrichment program includes Speech & Language Therapy and other language supports through The Learning & Psychology Centre.

Leadership is offered as part of the Secondary School after-school activities. The program provides opportunities for students to develop leadership and teamwork skills alongside academic study. MUN, Band and other after-school activities also support student development in communication and collaboration.

Knightsbridge Schools International Bogotá is an IB World School serving ages 4 to 18. The campus offers the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), with the Middle Years framework blending the Colombian curriculum and IB philosophy. The school provides a fully bilingual English–Spanish program; preschoolers aged 4–7 enjoy full English immersion, and all subjects are taught in English with Spanish and Physical Education integrated. The Diploma Programme prepares students for university study, supported by MAP assessments. The school year runs Calendar B (August/September to June).
