KSI Bogotá provides a warm, supportive environment that enables each learner to be healthy, safe, engaged, and challenged. Class sizes are small, and a full-time school counsellor addresses counselling concerns. LIFE classes (Learning about Interactions, Feelings and Emotions) are taught to Reception – Year 11 once per cycle and involve collaboration among homeroom teachers, school administrators, and the school counsellor. Convivencia activities are regular whole‑day events that strengthen teamwork and relationships and help translate these skills into the classroom. Parenting Workshops support families by strengthening the family as the fundamental learning environment.

A fully bilingual program in English and Spanish is offered. Preschool provides a bilingual environment with full English immersion for children aged 4-7. All subjects are taught in English in the IB Primary Years Programme and the Diploma Programme, with Spanish and Physical Education as exceptions. English and Spanish as a Second Language Programme (ESL) is provided during school hours to support transitioning students, with ESL continuing after school as an additional service if required. The IB framework develops multilingual students.

Convivencia activities are whole-day events that build teamwork and nurture wellbeing. A neuropsychologist provides assessment and support to help students succeed academically. The Learning Centre provides services through The Learning & Psychology Centre, including Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Homework Support, Executive Functions, ESL and Spanish Support, Academic Support, Neuropsychology, Psychotherapy, and Parenting Skills development.
