The Marymount curriculum blends national and international standards and emphasizes inquiry‑based, meaningful learning and the development of the whole person. In English, Sciences, and Mathematics, the Cambridge curriculum has been adopted since 2019. Social Studies in English uses the AERO Standards; French is developed through the European CEFR; Physical Education follows NASPE; Art uses NAfME; Library uses AASL; Technology uses ISTE; Religion content is organized according to the Episcopal Conference. Language instruction is bilingual: English and Spanish, with English immersion beginning in Nursery through rhymes, songs, stories and play.

Intercambios y Semilleros broaden horizons with cultural, sports and academic exchanges, and Eagles Camp offers a summer leadership and community experience.

From Nursery through 12th grade, a team of counselors and psychologists supports socioemotional development. The department runs weekly socio‑emotional learning activities and provides counseling. Pre‑school services include speech therapy, and an Early Intervention Program is offered from Preschool to 3rd grade to support students' development.
Marymount Barranquilla is a bilingual Catholic day school with a history dating to 1953. The campus network includes a Preschool in Barranquilla and a site in Sabanilla, offering modern science laboratories, a library, and dedicated spaces for music, dance, art, and theatre.
