1. The SGS is a bilingual British School offering the Cambridge International Curriculum and teaches French as a foreign language. English is taught through an academic English programme with immersion from Pre-Kindergarten and continues from Kindergarten; a third language, French, begins in the third grade. Most students graduate with a C1 level in English and a B2 level in French. The Cambridge International Education Programme provides the British curriculum and enables students to take international exams that are recognized by universities worldwide.
2. Open House and information sessions form part of the admissions process. The process begins between August and September each year and continues mainly through September, October and November until quotas are assigned. Parents are offered three or four informative talks with a campus tour, and Open House dates are published in the Admissions section.
3. Registration for the Admission Process marks the official start and includes: filling out the registration and mail verification form; completing the applicant and parent information; uploading the requested documents. The cost of the Admission Process is COP 200,000; former parents and alumni do not pay. Documents required include: Civil Registry (PDF), a recent family photo, a brief letter of introduction from the family, a letter of recommendation (optional), work certificate for each parent, paz y salvo del jardín or previous school, and the RUT of the applicant's financial responsible.
4. Play Activity – Play Day is for Pre-Kindergarten applicants and provides a warm, introductory experience. Admission tests are applied from Transition grade onwards for applicants to other courses, with dates published in the calendar after registration.
5. An interview with parents follows the Play Day or admission tests. It is in-person and is intended for new families to get to know each other and share the school's vision.
6. Admissions Process Satisfaction Survey invites feedback on the admissions experience; families are encouraged to rate their experience.
7. Delivery of Results: The Admissions Committee analyzes each case with rigor and a human, formative approach; families receive the result via the registered e-mail address.

Saint George's School in Bogota is a British bilingual Cambridge International School serving ages 4 to 18. The curriculum is Cambridge International for Primary and Secondary, delivered in English and French with Spanish as the mother tongue; English begins in pre-kindergarten and French in grade 3, with DELF B2 achievable on graduation. The school joined Cambridge International in 2012 and maintains a Cambridge affiliation through collaborations with Cambridge University Press and Assessment since 2021. The campus sits in a nature reserve with savannah wetlands, hosting 208 plant species and 35 bird species, and features an on-site library supporting Pre-school, Primary and Bachillerato, plus the Nathaniel P.
