Introduction

I don't have the input details for Liceo de Atenas Martha Mirambell Umaña. Please share the key information or a link to the school's official materials (curriculum, facilities, distinctive programs, and any listed clubs). Once I have the details, I will craft a 150‑word, fact-based description suitable for prospective parents, written in a friendly and informative tone. I will also identify up to three strengths from the provided options (only if evidenced on the site) and up to three clubs or societies that the school explicitly lists, formatted for international families.

The Essentials

Liceo de Atenas Martha Mirambell Umaña has instruction in English, Spanish.

Fees
School type and tuition summary
- Liceo de Atenas Martha Mirambell Umaña is a public, day (diurno) secondary school. There is no application fee and the institution does not charge tuition for any year group; regular academic instruction is provided without periodic tuition payments.

Application fees
- There is no application fee for admission to this public secondary school. Admissions procedures for public schools do not include a compulsory payment to the school for processing an application.

Tuition fees by school year / term
- Tuition: There are no tuition charges per term or per year for any level taught at this public liceo (including Tercer Ciclo and Educación Diversificada). Families are not billed a recurring academic tuition by the school.

Billing schedule and payment terms (for any paid services or contributions)
- For the absence of tuition: no billing schedule or payment terms apply for standard classroom instruction.
- For optional paid services, extracurricular activities, school-managed services or voluntary contributions, the school or its parent/guardian body (Patronato / Junta) sets the collection schedule (for example: single annual payments, per-term payments, or per-activity charges). Voluntary contributions must be handled transparently and accounted for; they are not coercive requirements for enrollment. Payment terms for such items are defined by the school's administration or Patronato.

Boarding / dormitory fees
- The liceo operates as a day school (diurno). There is no boarding program and therefore no boarding fees.

Other costs and typical additional fees parents should expect
- Uniforms: Families are normally responsible for purchasing the school uniform. Uniform design and implementation are managed at the school level with participation of parents' representatives; costs for uniforms are borne by families.
- Textbooks, supplies and learning materials: Families are responsible for required textbooks, notebooks, stationery and any course-specific materials. Public provision does not always cover all consumable supplies.
- Meals / comedor: When a paid school meal service or external food provider operates at the school, families pay for the service selected for their child; availability and price are set by the school or contracted vendor.
- Transport: Student transport (school bus or private transport) is arranged and paid for separately by families when offered.
- Extracurricular activities and workshops: Some after-school or enrichment activities may carry separate fees; those are charged only for optional participation and according to the activity's schedule and rules.
- Administrative or certification fees: Routine public-school instruction does not include tuition, but families may pay for optional administrative services (for example, copies, replacement certificates where applicable) if the school or relevant authority establishes a valid administrative charge. Procedures and any fees for document replacement or special services are handled according to regulations.

Refund information
- Because the school does not charge tuition, tuition refunds are not applicable.
- For any paid optional services, extracurricular programs, or voluntary contributions, refund policies (if any) are defined and applied by the school administration or by the Patronato/organizing body that collected the payment; those bodies are required to keep transparent accounting for monies received. Parents should expect that refunds, when permitted, will follow the program's published terms and the accounting practices of the collecting body.

Fee payment options
- Where the school or its Patronato collects money (voluntary contributions, meals, activities), common payment methods include cash and bank deposit/transfer to the school's or Patronato's bank account; the Patronato is required to deposit and account for funds in a bank account. Acceptance of card payments or electronic point-of-sale depends on the school's local arrangements and the Patronato's capabilities. Parents should follow the payment instructions provided by the school for each specific service or contribution.

Key practical notes for parents
- No tuition or application fee is required for enrollment in this public liceo; budget instead for uniforms, textbooks, transport, and any optional paid services your child uses.
- Voluntary contributions and paid optional services must be managed transparently by the school's Patronato/Junta; parents may request official receipts and accounting for any payments made.
