AISZ sits on a 30,000 m2 campus in Središće opposite Bundek Lake in Zagreb. It is a newly constructed, purpose-built campus with an A+ energy rating, zero CO2 emissions, and the building generates power back to the Zagreb electrical grid. The indoor environment features a state-of-the-art air filtration system. The school houses two well-resourced libraries and three science laboratories. It also includes a full-size gym, a fully equipped fitness room, a dance studio, a fully flexible black box theater, a music room with recording studio, three art rooms, two adventure playgrounds, four tennis courts, a football pitch and a handball court, among other facilities.
The campus features four tennis courts, a football pitch, and a handball court for outdoor sports. It has a full-size gym for indoor physical education and a fully equipped fitness room to support conditioning and PE activities. Outdoor spaces and courts are integrated into PE programs, enabling a range of team and individual sports. These facilities collectively support a broad range of athletic opportunities for students.
Three science laboratories support science instruction. Two well-resourced libraries provide spaces for inquiry and reading. The music room with a recording studio and three art rooms support arts education. A dance studio is available for movement-based learning, and the campus is newly constructed and purpose-built to facilitate a modern learning environment.

AISZ is an independent, coeducational, non-profit day school in Zagreb serving ages 3–18. The PK-12 program blends an American-influenced international framework with the IB Diploma Program and AISZ diplomas, all built on inquiry and interdisciplinary learning. English is the language of instruction; world languages include French and German, while the IB offers Language A options in English, Croatian, French, German, and Chinese, and Language B options in English, French, and German (with ab initio). The school offers three high school diplomas: the IB Diploma, the AISZ High School Diploma, and the AISZ Honors Diploma (which includes a senior project). The Bridges Program supports inclusive learning, and English as an Additional Language is provided when needed.
