Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoices are issued in May; standard invoice timing requires payment in full by the date shown on the invoice (in the posted schedule invoices issued in May were due by May 22). If an invoice is issued after mid‑May, payment is due within 15 days or before the student's first day of attendance.
- One‑payment option: total balance due within 15 days of invoice issue or before the student starts.
- Two‑payment (semester) option: first payment due within 15 days (or before starting) and must include the Capital Fee and Admission Fee plus one half of tuition; second half is due by the semester deadline (example listed: on or before January 12).
- Quarterly (four installment) option (available to self‑payers): a one‑time administrative fee applies; typical installment schedule example: Aug 21 (¼ tuition + admission fee + capital fee + admin charge), Oct 20 (¼ tuition), Jan 12 (¼ tuition), Mar 20 (¼ tuition). The tuition deposit is applied toward the invoice to reserve the place.
- Consequences of late or missed payments: monthly late fee (EUR 50); if payment is 60+ days past due the student may be suspended and school records withheld until invoices are paid; repeated late payments can require full payment for the following year prior to the student starting.

Refunds and withdrawal / cancellation charges
- Application fee, Admission fee, Capital fee, Tuition deposit and all additionally charged administrative fees are separate from tuition and are non‑refundable.
- Cancellation/withdrawal charges when a family cancels after the stated cancellation deadlines: for any quarter attended partly or in full the full tuition for that quarter is due; for any quarter unattended while officially enrolled, 50% of the full tuition for that quarter is due (quarters follow the quarterly installment structure).
- The school may withhold records and suspend or dismiss a student for unpaid fees; no refund will be issued for services already provided if a student is suspended or dismissed for non‑payment or other discretionary reasons.

Boarding
- Boarding is not offered. There are no boarding fees.

Other practical payment details and options
- Primary payment method information: payments are to be made to the school; bank/wire transfer details are provided by the Business Office. When paying by wire transfer, any bank charges or transaction costs must be added to the payment amount so the school receives the full invoice amount. EUR is the stated currency; payment in USD is possible using the Croatian National Bank exchange rate in effect for the payment. Payers should reference the student's surname and invoice number in the payment reference. Contact the Business Office for precise bank details and current exchange instructions.

Notes on discounts and scholarships (fee‑related items)
- Long‑attendance tuition discount: a continuous‑attendance discount (10%) is applied in the seventh consecutive year a student attends; capital‑fee reductions apply in years four and five with the capital fee phased out after year six according to the published schedule.
- Scholarship and financial‑assistance programs exist that can reduce tuition or capital fees for eligible students; these programs are separate from the fee schedule above.

If you require these figures presented in a different numeric format (for example, rounded to whole euros) they are provided here in the stated currency (EUR) and are calculated directly from the published fee amounts and the school's published payment schedule.
