Billing schedule and payment terms
- Instalment schedule: the annual tuition is payable in four equal instalments; instalment due dates are set in the school's annual payment plan. The instalment amounts and their due dates are shown in the school's fee schedule. Total annual tuition must be paid in full by the final due date set by the school.
- Enrolment fee timing: the enrolment fee is payable by the enrolment deadline set by the school and must be paid in full for a student to be registered; it is non‑refundable.
- Late registration: students enrolled after the first instalment due date are treated as late registrations; tuition for late registrants is calculated pro rata by full calendar months for the remainder of the school year.
- Early termination: when the schooling agreement is terminated early in writing, tuition is charged pro rata by full calendar months up to the termination date and any credit balance after settlement of outstanding claims is refunded (without interest).
- Late payment: delays beyond the school's grace period incur interest at the rate set by applicable law; continued non‑payment may lead to termination of the schooling agreement and recovery actions.
Discounts and single‑payment incentive
- Sibling discount: a 10% discount applies to the annual school fee for the second and each subsequent child enrolled in the international programme.
- Single‑payment discount: a 5% discount is available when the entire annual fee (after any sibling discount) is paid in one instalment by the school's specified early‑payment deadline.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered as part of the school's programmes; there are no published boarding fees.
Other costs and optional charges
- Textbooks and additional learning materials: parents are responsible for textbooks and additional learning materials specified for each PYP and MYP year; the school publishes a list of required textbooks and materials by year/subject. Costs for textbooks and workbooks are additional to tuition.
- Extracurricular activities, school trips, specialised materials or consumables, and similar optional services may incur separate charges; these are billed separately when applicable.

Refunds and cancellations
- The enrolment fee is non‑refundable under any circumstances.
