The Falcon School runs a Learning Support Centre (LSC) led by a SENCO that coordinates support for students with Special Educational Needs. Students with additional learning needs are identified and supported after formal assessment, often via an Individual Education Plan (IEP). The LSC provides direct and indirect learning interventions and may involve external specialists; the LSC does not cater for students with very severe learning or physical disabilities.

Application & Assessment Fees
- Entrance (assessment) fees: KG/PR EUR 50; Primary (P1–P6) EUR 100; Secondary (S1–S7) EUR 150.

Registration & Deposit
- Registration fee (one-off payable on initial registration): EUR 500. Registration fee is not refundable once paid, except at the discretion of the school upon a student's graduation and provided all monies owed have been paid in full.
- Deposit payable on initial registration: EUR 500. The deposit is refundable when a student leaves only if written notice is given by 1st April, the student completes the year and all monies owed to the school have been paid in full.

Tuition Fees (annual totals and instalments per year group)
- KG–PR: Total EUR 5,100 — instalments: EUR 2,000 (due 1 July), EUR 2,000 (due 1 November), EUR 1,100 (due 1 March).
- P1–P2: Total EUR 6,600 — instalments: EUR 2,600 (due 1 July), EUR 2,600 (due 1 November), EUR 1,400 (due 1 March).
- P3–P4: Total EUR 6,900 — instalments: EUR 2,600 (due 1 July), EUR 2,600 (due 1 November), EUR 1,700 (due 1 March).
- P5–P6: Total EUR 7,200 — instalments: EUR 2,600 (due 1 July), EUR 2,600 (due 1 November), EUR 2,000 (due 1 March).
- S1–S3: Total EUR 8,000 — instalments: EUR 3,000 (due 1 July), EUR 3,000 (due 1 November), EUR 2,000 (due 1 March).
- S4–S5: Total EUR 8,200 — instalments: EUR 3,000 (due 1 July), EUR 3,000 (due 1 November), EUR 2,200 (due 1 March).
- S6–S7: Total EUR 8,400 — instalments: EUR 3,000 (due 1 July), EUR 3,000 (due 1 November), EUR 2,400 (due 1 March).
- Note on increases: Tuition fees may be increased annually by up to 0%–5%.

Billing schedule & payment terms
- Standard instalment due dates: 1 July, 1 November and 1 March. Instalment amounts are shown above per year group.
- Interest is charged on outstanding fees as indicated on invoices. The school requires fees to be paid by the due dates and will withhold school services/records if fees are outstanding.
- Early full-payment discount: Payment of one year's school fees in full, in advance by 30 June, qualifies for a 5% discount. Companies or embassies with a minimum of 20 students who pay one year's fees in full, in advance by 30 June are offered a 10% discount.

Sibling & other discounts / scholarships
- Sibling discount when children are concurrently at the school: second child 15%; third child 25%; fourth and subsequent children 35%.
- Partial scholarship: secondary students maintaining an average of 90% throughout the year receive a 10% discount.
- Children of Falcon alumni receive a 5% discount.

Uniform & other mandatory costs
- Uniform is required. Typical uniform items and PE/swim kit are specified and may be purchased from listed suppliers (Victuar Limited; Koutalianos Sports). Prices for uniform items are charged separately by suppliers and are not included in the tuition totals above.
- Additional optional/occasional charges (for example: school trips, extracurricular activities, or summer programmes) may be invoiced separately; specific charges for trips or extras are billed as they arise. A separate summer-school deposit example (EUR 100) and payment options are used for short courses.

Boarding
- The Falcon School does not operate as a boarding school; boarding fees are not applicable.

Refunds, withdrawal notice and related conditions
- Assessment fees are non-refundable. Registration fees are generally non-refundable once paid, though the school may, at its discretion, refund the registration fee upon a student's graduation provided all monies owed have been paid in full.
- Deposit refund conditions: the registration deposit (EUR 500) is refundable only if written notice of withdrawal is received by 1 April, the student completes the year and all monies owed have been paid in full.
- Withdrawal during the school year: the school admits students for the full year; no withdrawal is accepted during the year unless one full term's notice of withdrawal is given in writing. If proper notice is not given, the fee for the next term is payable in full.
- Notification for discontinuing for the following year: students who intend to discontinue must indicate their intention by 1 April of the current year; otherwise the fee for the next term is payable in full.

Payment methods & invoicing
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN and SWIFT provided on school communications), cash and cheque (payable to The Falcon School). Parents are required to include the child's name on bank-transfer instructions. Specific bank account details have been provided by the school for programme and fee payments.

Notes on enforcement and records
- No student will be permitted to attend classes or receive school-related information unless all outstanding fees have been paid in full. The school reserves the right to require withdrawal of a pupil whose conduct or effort is unsatisfactory. Interest on overdue amounts will be charged as shown on invoices.
