A nurturing, family-like environment supports a strong student well-being culture, with student well-being as the foundation of learning. The school promotes social and emotional development across its IB, Waldorf, and Montessori pathways. Outdoor learning opportunities, day trips, and social service activities contribute to students' holistic development. A broad range of extracurricular activities and a supportive community further enhance wellbeing. From Grade 10 onward, university and careers counselling helps students plan for the next steps while focusing on personal growth.
A dedicated learning support team provides assistance during the first and second parts of the day. When there is an available place, a meeting with the learning support team discusses the child's needs and determines the required support. The school accommodates neurodiverse learners where appropriate.
English is the language of instruction. An ESL teacher supports each year group in Primary. From Grade 2, students take an English aptitude test; from Grade 3, an English proficiency test is required. Intensive English support may be recommended if needed, and there is an afternoon Language Academy offering additional English courses.
The school prioritises student wellbeing as a core element of the educational experience, fostering a supportive and caring environment that underpins learning.
Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy is in place.
