The Junior School is at Kyriakou Matsi Avenue, Ayioi Omoloyites, Nicosia (PO Box 23903, 1687 Nicosia, Cyprus). The Senior School is at 2 Romanou Street, Latsia, Nicosia (PO Box 25445, 2237 Nicosia, Cyprus). The two campuses are in the Nicosia area of Cyprus. A door-to-door bus service is provided by Hadjilykos & Sons Limited, with a Senior School shuttle service also available for students.
Junior School for ages 3 to 12, following the National Curriculum for England for the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and 2. Senior School for Key Stages 3 to 5, following the English National Curriculum; students are prepared for IGCSE and A Level examinations as well as the Apolytirion.
Private, not-for-profit school.
The Junior and Senior School provide SEN and Inclusion support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEN/SEND) or English as an Additional Language (EAL). A SEN Coordinator is based at the Junior School and an Inclusions Manager at the Senior School, supported by Learning Support Assistants and liaison with external agencies. Admissions consider individual needs and provide appropriate adjustments in line with Cyprus and UK legislation.

IB Diploma surcharge (where applicable)
- Year 12 IB surcharge: €7,700 (charged in addition to Year 12 tuition).
- Year 13 IB surcharge: €7,500 (charged in addition to Year 13 tuition).
- The School applies discounts on the IB surcharge for qualifying students (for example, continuation from Year 11 into Year 12).
Application and one‑off fees
- Application fee (one‑off, new students): €200.
- Development fee (one‑off, paid at start of tuition): €800 (non‑refundable).
- Voluntary Renovation fee: €600 (interest‑free loan payable in two instalments of €300; refundable on request when the student leaves).
- Sports School fee (where entry criteria apply): €1,550 (covers athletes including post‑workout meal provision and three ergonomic tests per annum).
- Laplet (one‑off for Years 5–10): €630; extended warranty for laplet €75.
- Textbooks / e‑books (Years 7–13, per annum): estimated €150–€300.
Other regular or optional charges
- Administration charge for late payment: €50 per child per missed term deadline (may be applied at each term deadline; maximum €150 per academic year).
- Sports School post‑workout training meals (approx.): included in the Sports School fee above as applicable.
- Additional costs (trips, instrument hire, exam fees, after‑school clubs, canteen, bus fares, insurance, uniform replacements, etc.) are charged separately as required; indicative items are listed among miscellaneous charges.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Prepayment Fee: due by 10 February 2026 for Year 7 and by 31 March 2026 for all other year groups.
- Autumn term fee: due by 12 June 2026.
- Spring term fee: due by 23 October 2026.
- Summer term fee: due by 17 February 2027.
- Termly invoices are issued approximately 2–3 weeks before each due date. Payments should be made termly unless the full year's fees are paid in advance.
Payment methods and arrangements
- Cash payments are not accepted.
- Accepted payment methods: bank payments / online bank transfers to the School's bank accounts; JCC Smart online payments; standing orders.
- Monthly payment option: by special request, term fees may be paid in ten monthly instalments (July–April). A processing fee of €150 applies for the monthly arrangement; this fee is payable in 10 equal instalments together with the School fees. A standing order must be set up and a copy supplied to the School.
Refunds and notice of departure
- The Prepayment Fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable for any reason.
- A full term's written notice is required to remove a student from the School. Failure to give the required notice renders parents/guardians liable for payment of the entire next term's fees.
- Departing students who have settled tuition in full may be eligible for a refund based on the required notice period; any refund may be offset against outstanding charges (administration charges, after‑school club fees, afternoon activities, or other fees).
- If the School implements remote (online) learning, tuition fees are not refundable for periods when learning is delivered online.
- Payments received are first allocated to any administration charges and then to fees outstanding at the date of payment.
Boarding
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed; boarding is not offered and no boarding fees apply.
Notes on discounts and joining mid‑year
- Early‑payment discounts (if term fees are paid in full by the specified early dates) apply: typical examples are 5% for the first and second child if paid by the early deadline, smaller percentages for later payment dates; sibling discounts also apply (second child 10%, third+ child 30%) as detailed in the Fee Policy.
- Students joining mid‑term before half‑term are charged the Prepayment Fee and the full term's fee; students joining after half‑term are charged the Prepayment Fee and 70% of the full term's fee.
The Junior and Senior School in Nicosia, Cyprus is a private, not-for-profit all-through school educating learners aged 3 to 19. The Junior School follows the English National Curriculum from Early Years through Key Stages 1 and 2; the Senior School continues with Key Stages 3–5 and prepares students for IGCSEs, A Levels and the Apolytirion. From September 2025 the school is an IB World School authorised to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for Years 12 and 13. The school operates on two campuses—Junior in Nicosia and Senior in Latsia—and offers facilities including libraries of about 26,000 and 4,500 books, science laboratories, drama and music spaces, and a pool and sports complex. The Senior School Sports School, launched in 2022, blends sport with academics holistically. The school is a Microsoft Showcase School (since 2018) and maintains a not-for-profit governance structure with a parent-elected Board; it has Independent Schools Inspectorate accreditation.
