Step 3. Child's Interview with a Psychologist: The school psychologist conducts a play-based assessment to evaluate the child's readiness for the academic workload and emotional maturity. The interview takes place in a comfortable atmosphere. This step informs placement needs and supports consideration. Step 4. Subject Testing: Students in Grades 2–11 undergo basic testing in Mathematics and English. The testing occurs on the same day, and each test lasts one academic period. An online format is available where necessary. Step 5. Registration Form and Fee Payment: The final step involves completing the registration form and paying the enrolment fee to secure the student's place. This completes the admission process for the current intake.

Trinity Scholarship & Financial Aid Programme provides Academic Excellence Scholarships, Talent Scholarships (Sport/Arts/Music), and Financial Aid. The programme aims to provide access to Trinity Private School for students with strong academic, artistic, or athletic potential and for families with verified financial need. Financial support is provided by an independent Foundation, and decisions are made by the Foundation's Scholarship Committee. Scholarships cover a portion of tuition fees; costs not covered include after-school activities, meals, transportation, and participation in additional programmes. Scholarships are awarded for one academic year (2026–2027) and are reviewed annually. Eligibility includes strong academic performance, achievements in sport or the arts, verified financial need, special family or social circumstances, and engagement with the school community; priority may be given to students in Grades 6–12, subject to place availability. Meeting eligibility does not guarantee an award. Supporting documentation may include academic reports or transcripts, certificates or evidence of achievements, and a completed Family Financial Statement. Confidentiality is maintained and applications are reviewed without discrimination based on nationality, language, origin, religion, or background.
