Registration / Application fee
- Registration fee: EUR 1,200 (one‑off payment, payable to confirm a place). This fee covers a basic school uniform set, teaching and learning materials, medical insurance and administrative costs.

Tuition fees by year group (billing basis shown)
- Billing basis and academic year: academic year runs September–June (10 months). Tuition is published as a monthly fee; annual totals below are calculated on a 10‑month academic year and a term total is shown as the annual total divided into three equal instalments (three academic terms).

- Primary School (PYP, ages 6–11):
- Published rate: EUR 1,600 per month.
- Academic year (September–June, 10 months): EUR 16,000 per year.
- Per term (three equal terms): EUR 5,333 per term (EUR 16,000 ÷ 3).

- Secondary School (MYP 1–3):
- Published rate: EUR 1,600 per month.
- Academic year (10 months): EUR 16,000 per year.
- Per term (three equal terms): EUR 5,333 per term.

- Secondary School (MYP 4–5):
- Published rate: EUR 1,650 per month.
- Academic year (10 months): EUR 16,500 per year.
- Per term (three equal terms): EUR 5,500 per term.

- Diploma Programme (DP, Years 11–12):
- Published rate: EUR 1,750 per month.
- Academic year (10 months): EUR 17,500 per year.
- Per term (three equal terms): EUR 5,833 per term.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Normal billing: tuition is published as a monthly rate and the academic year is September–June (10 months). Annual payment is accepted and attracts a published discount.
- Discounts and sibling reductions:
- Second child: 5% discount on tuition.
- Third child: 10% discount on tuition.
- Discount for annual tuition payment (prepayment of the full academic year): 5%.
- Confirmation of place: a place is confirmed only after the registration fee has been paid.

Boarding
- Boarding is not provided. Trinity operates as a full‑day day school for students aged 6–18; residential boarding is not part of the published programme.

Other costs and additional fees
- Included in published tuition/registration package: the school lists four meals per day (breakfast, lunch, snacks) and access to the after‑school programme and many clubs in normal provision; a basic uniform set and certain learning materials are included via the registration payment.
- Common additional charges (separately billed): extracurricular clubs beyond the standard after‑school provision, special trips and excursions, residential camps, transport (school routes), and any optional paid after‑school activities or extra individual tuition. These items are identified as additional charges and are billed separately.

Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal
- Refunds for education services are considered only in exceptional circumstances and are handled on a case‑by‑case basis; the school may retain administrative fees or other non‑recoverable costs if a refund is approved. Cancellation of services requires written notice; the terms state a 60‑day notice period for termination of the Parent/School agreement. Refunds of goods (for example defective physical items) are subject to a 14‑day return window where applicable.

Fee payment options and currency
- Accepted payment methods published: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro card payments. Payments are accepted in Euro (EUR); card issuer surcharges or currency conversion fees may apply and are the cardholder's responsibility.

Key practical points for parents
- A place is only secured once the registration fee payment has been received.
- Discounting applies for siblings and for full annual prepayment; check the published discount schedule when completing payment.
- Transport, optional clubs, excursions and residential camps are charged in addition to published tuition.
