Admissions

1. If you have decided to enroll or transfer, contact the Prague Japanese School by email to start the process. The school can be reached by telephone at +420-233-340-000. Submit documents: Bring an enrollment certificate from your current school, a copy of the official academic record, a health examination form, a dental examination form, a Career Passport, and the enrollment application you will fill when you visit or that you receive by email. If entering for the first year of elementary school, only the enrollment application is required. 3. Required expenses: The admission fee is 10,000 CZK per child (one-time). Tuition is 9,000 CZK per month per child, payable for four months in advance. Tuition is not prorated for mid‑year transfers. Additional costs include teaching materials, ski classes for grades 3–4, ski camp for grade 5 and middle school year 1, and the school trip for grades 6 and middle school year 2. 4. Textbooks: All overseas Japanese schools use the same textbooks. If transferring from Japan, obtain textbooks from JOES before departure and bring them with you.
