The International Department has been Cambridge International School since 2001. In Stages 1-6, Cambridge curriculum is followed in all subjects; in Stages 7-9, Cambridge curriculum is followed in English, Mathematics and Science. In Stages 10-11, 9 IGCSE subjects are offered and Cambridge Examinations are marked externally. Cambridge Progression Tests and internal exams monitor progress, with four formal progress reports each year.
Culture Day profiles arts and music education. Open House highlights arts and music; Stages 1-9 display art and craft, and Stages 1-6 perform a musical presentation. World Book Day is celebrated with author visits and book-focused activities. The calendar also includes poetry/short story competitions, Christmas plays and school drama performances.
The school is bilingual and operates as both a Danish and an International School. We are bilingual (Danish/English) and celebrate cultural diversity. The Skipper Løbet is a major sports event that involves students and families. The International Foods Dinner is held for Key Stage 1. A Poetry/Short story competition takes place in October. World Book Day and other arts activities are celebrated through culture and drama events, including Christmas plays and school drama performances.
International Children's Day is celebrated on November 20 or the nearest school day with activities to learn about children from other parts of the world. The day usually involves a fundraising event, and the money raised is donated to children in another country.

The Head of SFO is Camilla Kirchoff Pedersen; the Head of Technical Services is Nils Christian Hielesen; and the Department Head, Administration, is Kennet Andersen.
Trivseldag (Wellbeing day) is held on March 5, and all classes pause normal lessons to focus on personal wellbeing and social relationships. Careers Day in January offers information about future education and job options. World Book Day involves author visits and reading activities, supporting wellbeing and literacy. Culture Day and related events contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Skipper Clement International School is a private bilingual Danish–English school in Aalborg for students aged 5–17. The curriculum blends Cambridge Primary and Cambridge Secondary with Cambridge IGCSE, alongside elements of the Danish system. The school has been a Cambridge International Examinations Centre since 2002, with Checkpoint at the end of Stage 9 and 9 IGCSE subjects at Stages 10–11. Assessments include Cambridge Progression Tests and internal exams, with four progress reports each year. The Gl. Kærvej campus is Aalborg's largest private school, centrally located near Kildeparken, with access to nearby sports facilities. There is no on-site cafeteria; students bring packed lunches, and the kitchen sells drinks and snacks. The school is bilingual Danish/English, celebrating cultural diversity through International Children's Day, Culture Day, World Book Day, and Skipper Løbet, a school-wide sports event.
