The school offers Cambridge IGCSEs (ages 14-16) followed by the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for ages 16-18. The instruction is in English and Spanish, with English/Spanish as a second language provision. The IBDP was the first in Latin America to be authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization in 1995, and the school is accredited by the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Education and NEASC, with CIS membership.
The school provides music study including piano, guitar, violin, and drums, with options to join the choir or musical theatre. The extracurricular program includes chess, robotics, and coding clubs to develop intellectual creativity. Saint George School is a multicultural international campus in Santo Domingo that delivers a UK-inspired foundation with Dominican curriculum integration.
